Coldwell Banker Wins Trade Secrets Fight On Directed Verdict.  This case was filed more than six years ago, and after a six-week trial, it was resolved on a … directed verdict.  One can only imagine the amount of time, energy, attorney's fees, expert costs, etc. that went into the effort to get the case to that point – all of which could have been avoided if it were easier to get weak trade secrets cases thrown out earlier in the process.
