Law Firms Have to Innovate

I applaud Reed Smith for embracing innovation.  Law firms generally resist change, but I think change is vital to any organization's success.  A law firm that is not innovating is slowly moving to irrelevance.

I am proud of my colleagues at Farella for embracing significant change over the last few years. From rapidly moving to a remote environment through the pandemic to embracing a hotel model for our new office space to engaging with AI’s impact on the law, Farella continues to prove that when we embrace change we become stronger and more effective for our clients.

"We have to be experts at change and continuously learning."
