The Supreme Court's Recent Clean Water Act Decision Forces Local Jurisdictions to Tackle Wetlands Issues

As someone who grew up in Southwest Colorado, Ayden Crosby's great reporting on Silverton's efforts to grapple with wetlands issues after Sackett v.
