Turbulent Tariff Tempest Continues...

But the real, practical impact of the court ruling — and the extent to which U.S. tariff rates might fall, and for how long — seemed unclear. Even though the judges declared many of Mr. Trump’s tariffs to be illegal, they also afforded the government 10 days to halt their collection. If the Trump administration secures a stay over that period, tariffs rates may remain unchanged for most businesses.
