Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

Although the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA) and various state laws already require that employers provide accommodations and leave for workers who are disabled by pregnancy, the PWFA’s requirements are more stringent in several key areas.
